1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website and services of Peppe The Carpenter, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our website or booking our services.

2. Design & Estimation Approvals

All project designs and cost estimates are subject to review. Final layout dimensions, material choices, hardware fittings, and total project value must be officially confirmed and approved by the client before raw material procurement or factory manufacturing begins.

3. Payment Milestones

We operate under set project payments: a design token advance to start personalized drawings, a 60% manufacturing advance to begin factory production, a 30% delivery payment when materials reach the site, and the final 10% settlement upon successful QC check and handover.

4. Delivery & Installation

Delivery dates are estimated and depend on site readiness (including flooring and base paint coats). Peppe The Carpenter is not responsible for installation delays resulting from site unpreparedness, lack of power/water access, or structural deficiencies outside our joinery scope.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of your relationship with Peppe The Carpenter will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cochin, Kerala.
