Visit Initial contact and requirement collection followed by our design consultant visiting the site to understand space, layout, and client expectations.
A rough approximate estimate is shared based on the discussed scope. Once the budget is acceptable, we proceed to design stages
A token advance of ₹50,000 is collected to mobilize design resources and begin custom architectural interior planning
Within 7 working days, we provide the first set of detailed 3D designs along with the actual, comprehensive project estimate.
Client reviews and updates designs. Final 2D/3D shapes, color selections, and overall project value are confirmed by the client.
Advance A formal work order and timeline are issued. 60% of the total project value is collected to begin manufacturing, adjusting the token advance.
Project parameters are cross-verified by our Project Manager before high-precision manufacturing starts at our Cochin facility.
Finished products are delivered once site flooring and first paint coats are done. A 30% payment is collected at delivery.
Furniture is installed on-site by our technicians under periodic site inspections conducted by the Project Manager.
Final cleaning, detailed QC checks, and collection of the remaining 10% payment are completed before site handover with documents.
